Health Visitors - Hampshire

The service is commissioned to support families, parents and carers of children aged from 0-19 years old and to deliver the Healthy Child Programme across Hampshire.

Health visitors are all nurses or midwives who have completed additional training in public health, which includes child development. Health visitors lead the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.

You will have regular contact with your health visiting team from your baby’s birth to your child reaching 2 years old including all the important milestones along the way.
