There are 9 CCN teams around the Wessex region. The team leaders used to meet up four times a year to offer each other supervision and share good practise. Time and work pressures led to these meetings dissolving.
As part of the Healthier Together initiative, we had overwhelming support in re-invigorating the networking between the CCN’s in the Wessex region.
We are aiming to hold a meeting three times per year in Southampton and are opening the meeting not only to team leaders but also to any other CCN’s that want to join in.
