Adolescence is a time when young people create a self-identity. This can be a confusing time to try and figure out who you are what you like or don't like. Young people may want to explore how they are feeling or get some support or advice about their sexuality or gender identity? Breakout Youth is run by No Limits and is Hampshire and the Isle of Wight’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender and Transsexual support service. They offer a range of services including support groups, individual support, parent support, advocacy and sexual health services. They also offer free contraception and some sexual health screening and pregnancy testing.
