Young Minds - Parent helpline

The YoungMinds Parents Helpline, offers free, confidential online and telephone support, including information and advice, to any adult worried about the emotional problems, behaviour or mental health of a child or young person up to the age of 25. Open 9:30-4pm, Monday-Friday.

Online support and advice for parents with concerns about their children’s mental health and well-being. MindEd covers a wide range of topics and was developed in partnership with parents and professionals.
